LBW2800PB LOW NOISE VERTICAL Insulating Glass Production Line
The line adopt PLC to control the working condition, this production line can produce Low-e insulating glass, double glazing, triple glazing. Which include 7 sections that is feeding section, washing and drying section, storage section, light inspection section and spacer bar put section, outside assembly section, press inside assembly section ,output section.
it has reached European standard and exported to Crotia, Serbia, Bosinia,etc;
1.Adopts the PLC to control the working condition,touch screen and man-machine interface.
2.Low-E glass automatic diagnosis system.
3.Cleans coating glass and Low-E glass.
4.Adopts no oil water-proof bearing in the washing section.
5.Conserves energy interrupted type automatic operation system.
6.produce double glazing ,triple glazing and Low-E glazing.
7.Hydraulic pressure structure or ballsrew structure (optional )provides power for plate press section,able to open the 450mm for maintenance
8. the outside assembly section has sensors to know the glass height, meanwhile this section can improve production speed to increase production quantity per day.
