Insulating Glass Hot Melt Butyl Extruder Machine
Brief Introduction:
WLRD02 hot melt butyl glue extruder is the equipment to produce the hot melt glue type of insulating glass. The machine have double glue guns ,double pumps, double motors, the double glue guns can work simultaneously or single ,they use a set of glue bin system, after the glue heated and melt via the feeding system of the machine and step-up from the pump of the machine, the glue gun coat the gap of the double-glass to finish the seal. The feature of the machine is high efficiency, good sealing and low cost
Working Principle
1. Control panel: control temperature, adjust the speed controller with inverter
2. Glue warehouse: fill and melt the glue block
3. Glue pump: to make the glue out after melt
4. Glue pile: output the glue
5. Glue gun: control the glue open and stop by motor switch
Details:
These two glue guns can work together and work separately.
After the system heat the hot melt adhesive,the pump pushes
The adhesive,and the glue guns apply the adhesive between the 2 glasses.
The glass can be used after 2 minutes under room temperature.
You do not need to clean the adhesive in the pipes.It can be used after heated again next time.
