Product Description
Main structure
The Insulating Glass Unloading Crane Machine consists of a PLC control system, machine head part, transport part, suction cup structure part, and servo drive part. The sucker support can automatically adjust at up/down by glass’s length and width. When glass reaches to the needed position, the assistant bracket goes backward. The two air cylinder drives the four-bar linkage to make the active plate move front/back, so that it can guarantee the parallel synchronicity. The suckers inhale, stretch, the arms stretch out to reach the given negative pressure, the negative pressure gauge has protective effect, and can avoid the glass broken in case of the air leakage. The sucker up and down, sucker front/back, V belt transportation are drove by servo motor, it can be put at the accurate position.
